The estate maintains about 800 acres in production in mountainous terrain that reaches nearly 6,000 feet in some areas and that is bordered by the Tarrazú River to the south and the Candelaria River to the north. Your cup will have a full body, brilliant acidity and a delicate and clean aftertaste. It's a balanced coffee and has a slight syrupy mouthfeel. The flavor yields notes of molasses and caramel with a hint of orange.
