In the highlands extending from Mt. Meru in northern Tanzania, the Mondul Coffee Estate has been growing exceptional Arabica coffee since 1931. A community of over 100 permanent employees lives and works on the estate, blending traditional methods with modern practices. Grown at nearly 5,800 feet in the Arusha region, the ripe cherries are hand-selected, fully washed and slowly dried on raised beds. The 'AA' grade signifies the largest beans of the harvest.
