The ~2,000 meter altitude imparts a unique character to the beans grown in the fertile soils of Shantawene - a village located in the Bensa District in the shadows of the Bombe mountain. The combination of high elevation, ample rainfall and the region's rich biodiversity contributes to the coffee's unparalleled quality.
This coffee has a soft acidity and is full-bodied. It will have tasting notes of stone fruit, citrus and a hint of jasmine.
